A strong and motivated finance team is essential for any CFO who wants to remain at the top of his or her game. This session, led by Lynda Gratton, Professor of Management Practice at the London Business School, will examine how CFOs are identifying and developing talent pipelines, building a performance-focused culture that aligns itself with change, and energising their teams.
