With a programme developed by Economist Conferences, and held in association with the National Football League, The Global Sport Summit is exclusively reserved for 150 of the most influential figures in global sport.

The airwaves are currently full of bad news. The Global Sport Summit will look for the light at the end of the tunnel, offering a chance for positive and constructive discussions on the future of global sport business. The interactive and varied programme features insights from sport leaders, as well as offering the opportunity to take inspiration from top coaches and players’ experiences of adversity.

The Summit takes place in the week before the game between the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Wembley Stadium. As part of the build-up there will be a Welcome to London Gala Dinner on the evening of October 22nd. This will provide an excellent opportunity for attendees to begin the open, forward-looking debate that will be the essence of the Summit.

  • The power of sport
  • Developments in sports sponsorship
  • Broadcasting rights and wrongs; time for re-valuation?
