The UK Energy Summit: Chief Executive of EDF Energy now confirmed - United Kingdom

We are delighted to announce that Vincent de Rivaz, Chief Executive of EDF Energy will be speaking at The UK Energy Summit on June 24th in London. He will join the investment panel discussion at 10.50 that will focus on who will pay for the UK to decarbonise its energy systems whilst also ensuring future supply.

We can also confirm that Sir David King, Director of the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford will be speaking at the summit. The former chief scientific adviser to the UK government will be analysing the risk of failure for the UK and the planet.

They both join a superb line-up of speakers that includes:

   - Nick Horler, Chief Executive, Scottish Power        
   - Paul Golby, Chief Executive, E.ON UK
   - Sam Laidlaw, Chief Executive, Centrica  
   - Sir John Banham, Chief Executive, Johnson Matthey
   - Philip Cox, Chief Executive, International Power
