Mark Davies - United Kingdom

Mark Davies was Medical Director of one the largest GP urgent care organisations in the country, and involved in the reforming emergency care agenda for West Yorkshire.

He has been Medical Director for the NHS Connecting for Health Choose and Book programme and clinical advisor to the Department of Health.

Previously Mr Davies was National Clinical Director for NHS Connecting for Health, establishing the clinical contents service, for which he remains Senior Responsible Officer Mr Davies joined the Health & Social Care Information Centre in 2008 as the organisation’s Executive Medical Director. He is also the government advisor on transparency in health working in the Cabinet Office.
