Terms and conditions

Your delegate fee should be paid in full prior to attendance. If payment has not been received you will not be permitted to enter the event.

Cancellations
Should you not be able to attend the event, substitutions can be made at no extra charge up until the event.

If a suitable replacement can not be found, then an administration fee of 20% will be incurred for cancellations received more than 21 days prior to an event. When a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to an event, the registered delegate is liable for full payment of the fee.

Economist Conferences reserve the right to change the programme if necessary.
